Laughter yoga, also popularly known as Hasya Yoga, can enhance the immune system, improve cardiovascular function and maybe even tone muscle.





India is developing fast and each of us, are running at an even faster pace, to make the complete of this opportunity. This desire to break through, in a very subtle way has managed to squeeze out, the fun element from our daily routines.
